Assistant Instructors appointed:
Mr Beard has appointed Mr Steve Griffiths and David Rogers assistant instructors.
David will run a new beginners starting soon, and Mr Griffiths will take over Fridays Lesson in Helston

A BIG THANKS TO MIKE & NICOLA BEARD!!!
Many Thanks to Mr Mike Beard for all his hard work getting the Falmouth Club up and running, and all the work merging Helston and Falmouth under our First Defence Club name. Mike has taken a group of students away to the last 4 GTI competitions, many trips totalling 500 miles, and lasting an entire weekend. Mike has given his free time with his family to do this, and myself and all the students are extremely grateful for this!Not many people get to see how much work goes into running a Taekwondo club, and we should all be very grateful for all the work Mike, and Nicola put in behind the scenes.
